**LAKE VIEWS • 4 KING BEDROOMS • PRIVATE HOT TUB + SAUNA • THE SNUGGERY • FIRE PIT • 25 MIN TO BRANSON**

Perched high above the lake just outside Branson, **Cliff Haus is a one-of-a-kind cliffside retreat designed for couples, friends and groups who want the house to be as memorable as the destination.**

Soak in the hot tub beneath the trees. Warm up in your private sauna. Gather around the fire as the sun goes down. Share dinner outside overlooking the Ozarks. Then head inside for pool, darts, shuffleboard or karaoke—or pour a drink in **The Snuggery** and let the evening unfold.

With **four king bedrooms, three full bathrooms and incredible spaces to gather both inside and out**, Cliff Haus is especially well suited for couples traveling together and groups who want plenty to do without ever leaving the property.

## 🌲 THE NEW OUTDOOR EXPERIENCE

Built into Cliff Haus's dramatic hillside setting, our completely reimagined outdoor space has transformed the way you'll experience the property.

Step outside and enjoy:

* ♨️ **Private hot tub**
* 🧖 **Private outdoor sauna**
* 🔥 Dedicated **fire-pit gathering area**
* 🌲 Expansive new deck surrounded by the Ozarks
* 🍽️ Large outdoor dining area
* 🥂 Multiple spaces for lounging, drinks and conversation
* 🌅 Beautiful lake and sunset views

Start with morning coffee outside, spend the afternoon exploring Branson, then come home for a hot-tub soak, sauna session and drinks around the fire.

**This might just become your favorite part of Cliff Haus.**

## 🌅 THE VIEW IS THE STAR

Cliff Haus sits high on a dramatic hillside overlooking the lake, creating a setting that feels tucked away while still being approximately **25 minutes from Branson's restaurants, shows, shopping and attractions.**

Mornings call for coffee with a view. Evenings bring colorful skies, cool Ozark air and plenty of reasons to stay outside a little longer.

**Please note:** Cliff Haus offers beautiful lake views but does not have direct lake access.

## 🥃 WELCOME TO THE SNUGGERY

Every great getaway deserves a Snuggery.

Our tucked-away social lounge was designed for drinks, games, laughs and the kind of nights when *“one quick game”* somehow turns into three hours.

Inside you'll find:

* 🎱 Pool table
* 🥃 Custom bar nook
* 🎯 Dart board
* 🎤 **Karaoke**
* 📺 YouTube TV
* Comfortable space for drinks, games and late-night conversation

Step outside for **shuffleboard with a view** or take the fun downstairs to the new outdoor spaces.

Whether your group gets competitive over pool, darts, shuffleboard or the karaoke mic, there's no shortage of ways to spend an evening at Cliff Haus.

## 🛏️ FOUR KING BEDROOMS

**No drawing straws for the good bedroom here.**

Cliff Haus features **four comfortable king bedrooms**, making it an especially great choice for multiple couples traveling together.

You'll also have:

* 4 king bedrooms
* 3 full bathrooms — one on each level
* Multiple living and gathering areas
* Fully equipped kitchen
* Washer and dryer
* K-Duo + Nespresso Vertuo coffee setup

The newly refreshed lower-level bathroom also features a **glass-enclosed shower and dedicated getting-ready space with a lighted makeup mirror**—a small detail your group may appreciate when everyone is getting ready at the same time.

The multi-level layout gives everyone room to gather together—and space to retreat when you want a little quiet.

## 👥 MADE FOR TIME TOGETHER

Cliff Haus is an especially great fit for:

* Couples traveling together
* Friends' getaways
* Adult weekends
* Birthday and anniversary trips
* Small celebrations
* Families with older children

Spend the day exploring Branson—or don't.

Between the hot tub, sauna, fire pit, outdoor dining, pool, darts, shuffleboard and karaoke, **Cliff Haus was designed to be part of the vacation, not simply the place you return to afterward.**

## 🏡 NEARLY 100 YEARS OF CHARACTER

Cliff Haus isn't a cookie-cutter new-build cabin—and we wouldn't want it to be.

This nearly 100-year-old home has been thoughtfully reimagined with updated interiors, distinctive gathering spaces and modern amenities while preserving the character that makes it so unique.

Its unusual cliffside architecture and three-level layout are part of its charm, but they're also important to understand before booking.

Because of the home's age and multi-level design, temperatures can naturally vary somewhat between floors. An attic fan, additional room fans and heaters are provided so guests can personalize their comfort.

## 📍 CLOSE TO BRANSON, AWAY FROM THE CROWDS

Spend your days enjoying Branson's shows, restaurants, shopping and attractions, approximately **25 minutes away**, then leave the crowds behind and come home to Cliff Haus.

Trade the Strip for a sunset.

Trade another restaurant for dinner on the deck.

Trade another night out for the hot tub, sauna, fire pit—or a karaoke battle you may regret in the morning. 🎤

Sometimes the best part of a Branson vacation is coming back to the house.

## ⚠️ GOOD TO KNOW BEFORE BOOKING

We want Cliff Haus to be the perfect fit for your group, so please review these details before reserving:

**STAIRS:** Cliff Haus is built into a steep hillside and has multiple levels. Stairs are required from the parking area to the entrance, between interior floors and to access outdoor spaces. **The property is not suitable for guests with mobility limitations.**

**CHILDREN:** Because of the steep cliffside setting, multiple levels and stairs, the home is best suited for adults and families with older children.

**NO PETS:** Due to severe allergies, pets are strictly prohibited. Unauthorized pets are subject to additional fees.

**LAKE ACCESS:** Cliff Haus offers sweeping lake views but does not have direct lake access.

**CAMERAS:** Exterior security cameras monitor outdoor areas only for the safety and security of the property and our guests.

## ✨ WHY CLIFF HAUS?

**Come for Branson. Stay for the house.**

Four king bedrooms. Morning coffee overlooking the lake. Long dinners outside. Hot-tub soaks beneath the trees. Sauna sessions. Sunset cocktails. Pool and dart tournaments in The Snuggery. Karaoke that gets increasingly questionable as the night goes on. 🔥🎤

And finally, everyone gathered around the fire with nowhere else they need to be.

**Cliff Haus isn't just a place to sleep between Branson adventures. It's a destination of its own.**

Cliff Haus is proudly hosted by **Dream Weaver Properties**, creating thoughtfully designed stays in exceptional destinations.
